Our Story

Barbara Commander’s journey began in 2019, inspired by a family member’s  transition to a new home. Watching them navigate the daunting process of moving sparked a realization: there had to be a better, less stressful way to make spaces feel welcoming, market-ready, and aspirational. 
Barbara decided to share her vision for “livable luxury” with her Jacksonville community.  What started as a home staging venture quickly expanded into much more. Realtors and homeowners loved Barbara’s calm expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and signature style—timeless, soothing, and never cookie-cutter. Soon, clients were asking for help with not just staging, but also selling their unwanted high-end furniture and bringing fresh design ideas into their new homes. In response, Barbara opened a resale showroom, curating a one-of-a-kind collection of designer and antique pieces—all hand-selected for quality, style, and value.
